What do I need to know before installing ITRS Analytics?

Before you install ITRS Analytics, review the following common pre-installation questions, including how to request a demo, where to find product documentation, and how to choose a deployment option.

Book an ITRS Analytics demo Copied

Contact your account manager for a demo, or go to www.itrsgroup.com and click Book a demo.

Review ITRS Analytics installation requirements Copied

Before installing ITRS Analytics, you need to select a deployment option and estimate cluster requirements. This allows you to estimate the resources needed to run ITRS Analytics.

Get your ITRS Analytics license and installation package Copied

You can request an ITRS Analytics license and the installation package download link from your account manager.

Note

The download link will vary depending on the deployment option. You can also download the installation package from the Customer’s Download Portal. If you do not have the URL or password, please contact your account manager or submit a support request.
