Why is the support bundle generation not progressing?

When you generate a support bundle through the Admin Console, the progress bar may appear stuck and not advance.

In some cases, generation completes in the background but the Admin Console does not update.

Resolution Copied

  1. Refresh the page using your browser’s refresh button. The bundle may already be ready to download.

  2. If generation still does not complete, use the command line instead. See Generate support bundles via command line.
